The Colsterworth Wheeping Poppy Wall takes shape

The Poppy Ladies of Colsterworth got together today to carry on creating the lovely Weeping Poppy Wall which will take it's pride of place in the St John The Baptist Church, Colsterworth from the 1st weekend in October right up until Remembrance Day.

Brain child, Mrs Jackie Taylor, came up with the idea and has gathered up so much support from so many ladies who have spent their evenings crocheting or knitting poppies for this great wall. Jan, has been chief button sewer and they are still busy making more for this great display.

We have a poster that we would love you to share on Social Media, print off and display in your local store, post office, school or public areas. Without your support this great display would not be able to raise funds and create awareness for these fantastic causes!
